| Paul Martin has served as a Principal at secondary comprehensive and alternative schools in the Baltimore County Public Schools system. He also served as the assistant to the executive director. He is passionate about ensuring that every student be prepared to graduate and works closely with the students home school administration to ensure that students assigned to Rosedale are provided the opportunity to meet their graduation requirements. |

Joy O’Brien served as a World Languages Department Chair, Assistant Principal and Interim Principal and currently works as an Assistant Principal at Rosedale. She works primarily with the high school students in order to assist the students in making progress toward graduation. Ms. O’Brien oversees the students instructional program as well as testing for the high school in order to ensure that all students assigned to Rosedale have an opportunity to walk across the graduation stage. |
